New, Past, and Existing Members


Glenburn Tennis Club Inc (herein referred to as the “Club”) welcomes new members and currently does not have a waiting list. Our membership year runs from 1st July to 30th June. Members who join after 30th September are eligible to pay a pro-rata fee. An annual subscription fee is charged pro-rata based on a subscription year commencing in July and completing in June (membership fees are non-refundable).
Visitors are also welcome to use the facility for up to 6 visits per year when accompanied by a financial member (visitors’ fees apply) after which time it is expected that membership will be applied for.

How to apply for membership

1. Go to our club online membership portal and select a membership category.

2. Renewing members: click “LOG INTO TENNIS” and enter your email address (or username) and password. If you have forgotten either or both, click on the link at the bottom right corner.  

New members: create your “Join Tennis” account with Tennis Victoria by entering first name, last name, email, and password (password must contain a capital letter and number and be a minimum 8 characters). The account enables you to manage your membership, play competition, getting player insurance and more. Please read “Join Tennis” account information below for more details. 

3. Add/update your personal details. For a family membership only, please add details for all family members (under the one account). 

4. Under Membership Extras, tick the box to add the access card.

5. Select EFT payment. An invoice will be emailed to you with payment details. Please allow 1 week for processing.

“Join Tennis” Account

Do we need to create an account for each member of the family?

If you are purchasing a family membership, you only need to create one “Join Tennis” account.  Please input details for all family members under the one account. 

If you are not purchasing a family membership, you need to set up a separate “Join Tennis” account for each person. Please note that you have to complete one application, log out, and then create another account for the next person. Please DO NOT change the name in the existing account to process another new membership. This will eliminate the original member’s record and create a duplicate record in the club’s membership database.


Can I change my personal details after?

You can update these details anytime by logging into your “Join Tennis” account at


Can I use one email address for more than one “Join Tennis” account?

Unfortunately, one email address can only be used for one account.

The same email address cannot be used on more than one “Join Tennis” account.


Do we need an account for children under 15 years old?

Yes, we do.  Click on the “UNDER 15? JOIN HERE” link and a “Join Tennis” account can be created with a login of your choice.
